Michael J. Hausman CPA
Michael Hausman, Certified Public Accountant, is the tax and managing partner for the firm and has been a member of the accounting profession since 1974. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Mr. Hausman’s extensive background gives him a broad range of knowledge encompassing aspects of tax law, compliance, planning and research, estate and retirement planning, and executive financial counseling. His tax expertise has proven invaluable to clients when navigating the increasing complexity of both the Internal Revenue Service and state tax laws and rulings.
His comprehensive tax background includes reviewing, researching, and planning for individual, partnership, corporate, estate, trust, and gift tax returns; resolving tax issues for clients with tax authorities, and serving as an advisor to team members on tax regulations and updates. He also presents seminars to professional associations regarding tax law.
Mr. Hausman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a member of the AICPA tax division. He is licensed in the states of New Jersey, Maryland, and North Carolina. Mr. Hausman is actively involved in his community and is a member and officer of the local Rotary Club.
Ronald J. Palmieri CPA
Ronald J. Palmieri, Certified Public Accountant, has been a member of the accounting profession since 1985. He graduated from William Paterson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Mr. Palmieri works with a diverse base of clients in various industries including construction, manufacturing, and professional services industries. His expertise includes financial statement preparation, corporate taxation, debt financing, financial statement analysis, information technology, management information systems, as well as tax planning, and consulting.
In addition, Mr. Palmieri serves as the Technology Partner managing the firm’s information system needs. He is also a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor and is very involved in providing clients with up-to-date financial information and analyses to assist them to grow and manage their businesses.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Palmieri has been on the Advisory Council of various banks since 2002. He is a member of UNICO National (a nonprofit organization) and a past national auditor. In addition, Mr. Palmieri serves as chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for his local community and Treasurer of Monmouth Falcons Pop Warner Football.

Johanna Munoz joined the firm in 2010 as an accounting intern. Johanna graduated with honors from Kean University in Union, NJ with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Johanna’s experience includes working on audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements, preparing income tax returns, sales and use tax returns, employer payroll filings, tax notices, and bookkeeping. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Kristian Sciutto
Senior Staff Accountant
Kristian Sciutto joined the firm in 2012 as an accounting intern. Kristian graduated with honors from Kean University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is pursuing a Master of Accountancy in Taxation at Rutgers University. Kristian’s experience includes working on audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements, preparing income tax returns, sales and use tax returns, employer payroll filings, tax notices, and bookkeeping. He is also fluent in Albanian.

Jennifer Giraldo
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Jennifer Giraldo joined the firm in 2015. Jennifer has taken bookkeeping, administrative, and computer program courses and is currently attending school to further her education. She is also a Registered Notary Public of New Jersey. She is responsible for all administrative duties as well as assembly of tax returns, typing of financial statements, annual report filings, data entry, and supervising the daily administrative workflow of the firm. She is fluent in Spanish.

Anthony Della Sala
Accountant/Consultant
Anthony has over 20 years of experience as an accountant, consultant, and tax preparer in both the public and private sectors. He worked to implement strategies for cost and tax savings for clients while maintaining strong relationships with outside parties in connection with business operations. Anthony graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Seton Hall University in 1994. He is also a member of The North East Advisory Board Business Association. Anthony’s experience includes consulting with small business clients regarding budgeting, cash flow, and operations. Preparing corporate, partnership, and individual federal and state tax returns, and sales and use tax returns.

Joselyn Calle
Staff Accountant
Joselyn Calle joined the firm in 2019; she graduated with honors from Kean University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is currently pursuing her CPA license and Master of Business Administration in Global Management. Joselyn’s experience includes working on audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements, preparing income tax returns, sales and use tax returns, employer payroll filings, tax notices, and bookkeeping.

Taylor Visco joined the firm in 2021 as an accounting intern. Taylor graduated with honors from Monmouth University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her CPA license. She is pursuing a Master of Accountancy as well as a Certificate in Data Analytics at Monmouth University. Taylor's experience includes working on audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements, preparing income tax returns, sales and use tax returns, employer payroll filings, tax notices, and bookkeeping.
